I had to take the time to give a shoutout to Katherine Moore from GiftBasketsOverseas. Not only was her response times in e-mail almost like we were chatting on skype, she was able to get out all INTERNATIONAL gifts out in a timely manner, and whenever there were issues with the gifts I picked out, she had replacement options to suggest, and even went OVER and BEYOND to remediate items not in stock or the holiday card inadvertently missing on one of the gifts. 100% recommend, especially for corporate gifts!!!
