The basket I ordered was so well done. This was a gift to grandkids in Fiji for a birthday. They had to substitute a couple items but the substitutes were of equal, if not better quality. All we can say is AMAZING! This company is truly trustworthy and I would not hesitate to use them again. Our recipients in Fiji were so delighted with this gift.

I can see why you are in the management position you are in your company’s Customer Service department because you have acted very professionally and responded to the issues with my order very efficiently and effectively.
Sarah is delighted with the basket and it just so happened that she had taken a few extra days off to sort out after her move - she was unable to do so due to work deadlines and colleague absences when she moved a few weeks ago – and therefore was able to receive it!
I think you might have intervened also with the local UPS because Sarah said when he first came and she was not at home the delivery man called her and arranged to return when she was in to ensure she received it in person. Thank you for that too!
This is definitely what ‘customer service’ is all about and what a shame that more companies do not do as you did, ‘put the customer first’, apologise and make up for errors and issues causing problems and disappointments.
Sarah sent us a photo of the expanded basket and it is amazing, she is looking forward to enjoying its contents – especially the two bottles now of red wine - with friends as the rules in New York are relaxed.
Thank you, I will use Giftbaskets Overseas again just because of your excellent personal response -over and above – to resolve this - Sarah, her dad and I are delighted with the outcome.
Please forward this email onto your manager/ the company Board, I believe those in positions of power need to be reminded of what happens on the ‘front line’ and need to recognise when their staff embody the company goals – you have ensured that we are ‘100% satisfied’ – no mean feat!
